It was reported that the patient presented to the clinic for a scheduled follow-up.Upon interrogation, intermittent noise was observed on the patient's right atrial (ra) lead. The noise was oversensed, resulting in inappropriate automatic mode switch (ams) episodes. The physician elected to explant the ra lead; however, during the ra lead extraction, the patient's right ventricular (rv) lead became dislodged.Consequently, both the ra and rv leads were explanted and replaced on (b)(6) 2026.The patient was discharged without any reported adverse consequences.
