The user facility reported that the surgical displays to their bdv idss custom room rack were flashing and the wall monitors were not showing images.This event did not occur during a patient procedure.No report of injury.
Additional Manufacturer Narrative
A steris service technician arrived onsite following the reported event to inspect the unit and found that the cabling needed to be resecured.To resolve the issue, the technician resecured the cabling, tested the unit, confirmed it to be operating according to specification, and returned to service.No additional issues have been reported.Udi related data clarification ¿ the lot/serial number is unknown, therefore, the applicable production identifiers were not included in the mdr.
