Event or Problem Description
It was reported that during a total knee arthroplasty (tka) surgical procedure 6x robotic assisted saw interface device (sasi) devices were loose and resulted in the saw cutting out.It was reported that the event involved 3 right sasi devices and 3 left sasi devices.It was reported that the events occurred throughout the procedure.It was not reported if the robot was mounted to the surgical bed.There were no reports of injuries, medical intervention, or prolonged hospitalization.All available information has been disclosed.If additional information should become available, a supplemental medwatch will be submitted accordingly.This is report 3 of 6 for (b)(4).
