It was reported that the patient presented to the hospital for a scheduled implant procedure.During the procedure, the left bundle branch area pacing (lbbp) lead helix kept retracting during lead torquing despite using mulitple helix locking tool.Due to the helix mechanism issue, the lbbp lead exhibited inappropriate capture.Additionally, the pacemaker header exhibited a setscrew anomaly. The pacemaker was implanted, however the lbbp lead was removed and replaced. The patient was in a stable condition.
