Event or Problem Description
It was reported that during an unspecified surgical procedure it was observed that the upper trigger of the handpiece device was broken, and the reverse mode could not be used.It was reported that the upper trigger would not fully press down, making it difficult to use the reverse function.There were no reports of injuries, medical intervention, or prolonged hospitalization.All available information has been disclosed.If additional information should become available, a supplemental medwatch will be submitted accordingly.
