Event or Problem Description
It was reported that the artificial urinary sphincter (aus) was experiencing incontinence.Upon revision, it was noticed that the cuff wasn't closing completely due to the urethra atrophy.No device issues were identified.As a result, the device was explanted and replaced.No further device complications were reported.
