Event or Problem Description
It was reported that during a laparoscopic myomectomy procedure, an absorbable barbed suture was used for suturing the uterus.During continuous suturing, the suture line broke after approximately one minute of use.The defective suture was replaced with another barbed suture to complete the procedure.There was no patient injury reported.
