Event or Problem Description
According to the reporter, during a thoracoscopic right partial lung resection, during parenchymal resection, after closing the jaws,  the green button was pressed but the firing could not be done at all.The staples came out around the proximal side of the jaws.A new reload was used to resolve the issue.There was no patient injury.
