Event or Problem Description
It was reported that following recent weight loss, the patient experienced pain at the ipg site.Additionally, the right occipital lead migrated and bent and another lead migrated.As a result, surgical intervention was undertaken on (b)(6) 2026 wherein the ipg was repositioned, the right occipital lead was explanted and replaced, and the other lead was repositioned to address the issue.It is unknown which lead migrated.
