A review of the complaint history for sn: (b)(6) was performed in salesforce which did not locate similar complaint(s) with the same failure mode for this serial number.A review of the device history record for sn: (b)(6) was performed from the date of manufacture, 03-mar-2023 and confirmed that this device was not previously returned for servicing and there were no production failures which correlates to the customer reported issue.Upon investigation of the actual device used in this incident, it was determined that the device's irac boards were faulty.A field service engineer (fse) replaced the irac boards associated with both rows and reassembled the unit. After the replacement, diagnostics were performed to verify functionality.Although an acceptance test could not be completed because the refrigerator diagnostic test was unavailable in the installed software version, fse successfully tested the opening and closing of the bins in rows 1 through 5.All bins operated correctly, and the user was able to load medication into the drawers without any issues. The refrigerator was restored to normal operation and verified to be functioning properly. The system functioned as intended after the field service engineer repaired the device.
