Event or Problem Description
It was reported that when using the bd pyxis¿ medbank mini cabinet 01 was repeatedly found offline or powered off due to a circuit breaker tripping, resulting in loss of cabinet power and communication.However, there were no delays, adverse events or injuries reported based on this event.

A review of the complaint history for sn (b)(6) was performed in salesforce which did not locate similar complaint(s) with the same failure mode for this serial number.A review of the device history record for sn (b)(6) was performed from the date of manufacture, (b)(6) 2024 and confirmed that this device was not previously returned for servicing and there were no production failures which correlates to the customer reported issue.Upon investigation of this incident, it was determined that the device's offline condition was caused by the facility circuit breaker tripping and interrupting power to the cabinet rather than a failure of the medbank mini cabinet hardware.A technical support specialist (tss) reviewed the reported behavior, discussed the issue with facility personnel, and determined that excessive electrical load on the circuit was likely causing the breaker to trip.The customer was advised to engage facility maintenance or an electrician to evaluate the circuit load, relocate the cabinet to a dedicated circuit, or otherwise address the electrical infrastructure issue to prevent future power interruptions to resolve the issue.The system functioned as intended after the technical support specialist investigated the issue.
