Event or Problem Description
A patient implanted with an evoke spinal cord stimulation (scs) system was evaluated for wound dehiscence at the evoke closed loop stimulator (cls) implant site.The patient did not report pain; however, the physician elected to explant the evoke scs system.The physician plans to re-implant the patient in three months.The evoke scs system was functioning as intended prior to the explant.
