Event or Problem Description
It was reported by the customer that during routine check, the cardiosave intra-aortic balloon pump (iabp) was displaying an alarm "iab catheter restriction".There was no patient involved.No harm reported.A getinge field service engineer (fse) was dispatched to evaluate the unit.The fse reported that all manifold tests are done, deep vacuum test is failing in drive manifold test, also the vacuum setpoint value is out of range, the vacuum regulator muffler is faulty.Replacement part has been ordered.
