A philips remote service engineer (rse) remoted to customer site via philips remote services (prs). The rse connected to the pic ix computer hsmcbiomeds1 and checked the system configuration. The rse found multiple entries for informational alerts showing "ap data loss" on (b)(6)2026.The also rse found that the apcs displayed status "connected".The rse checked the apc browser utility and found only one "unregistered" access point. The apc browser utility also showed that the apcs did not have access points balanced between all apcs. The rse recommended onsite service for troubleshooting and to run apc upgrader tool on intellivue telemetry system (its) network to check apc configuration.Philips is in the process of obtaining additional information concerning this event and the complaint is still under investigation.A final report will be submitted once the investigation is complete.
