It was reported that this implantable cardioverter defibrillator (icd) delivered inappropriate shocks and anti-tachycardia pacing (atp) for what appeared to be atrial fibrillation (af) with rapid ventricular response (rvr).No additional adverse patient effects were reported.This icd remains in service.
