It was reported that this implantable cardioverter defibrillator (icd) system exhibited low out of range pacing impedance measurements on the right atrial (ra) lead.It was noted the device was reprogrammed and the patient would continue to be monitored.No adverse patient effects were reported.This icd remains in service.
