Event or Problem Description
It was reported that when using the bd pyxis¿ es refrigerator, the system displayed a "clear obstruction" error message.The refrigerator door opened; however, the locked bins did not open due to the error, preventing access to medications.The customer stated that this malfunction occurred while dispensing the medication and caused a delay to the patient care.There were no adverse events or injuries reported based on this event.
