A non-healthcare professional reported that during an intraocular lens (iol) implant procedure, the lens was stuck during implantation.The lens was partially inserted and removed, as the lens remained in the delivery system.The originally scheduled procedure was completed on the same day with no patient harm.Additional information has been requested but is not available at the time of this report.
