It was reported that this implantable cardioverter defibrillator (icd) exhibited high out of range shock impedance measurements on the right ventricular (rv) lead.Technical services (ts) discussed considering intervention.It was noted the patient would be seen at the end of october to replace the lead.No adverse patient effects were reported.This icd remains in service.
