Event or Problem Description
It was reported that during set up for a total knee arthroplasty (tka) surgery, the robotic-assisted solution saw handpiece was leaking oil.A different saw handpiece was used during the surgery.Patient treatments were not delayed or cancelled.There was no patient involvement.The device was operated in conjunction with the robotic-assisted solution base station device and the robotic-assisted solution satellite station device.There were no reports of injuries, medical intervention or prolonged hospitalization.All available information has been disclosed.
