Information was received from healthcare provider (hcp) via a manufacturer representative regarding a cage used for spinal therapy.It was reported that the cage would not provisionally lock.There were no patient symptoms reported.There were no further complications reported regarding the event.Additional information received that the procedure involved was anterior cervical discectomy and fusion.
