Event or Problem Description
It was reported that this implantable cardioverter defibrillator (icd) delivered two anti-tachycardia pacing (atp) and three shocks for what appeared to be a one to one rhythm.Technical services (ts) recommended reprogramming options.The device was reprogrammed and functioning as intended.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.This icd remains in service.
