The user reported discrepancies between bg and sg readings.Escalation analysis indicated that there was some variability in the sg values. It was also observed that there were some periods of rapid glucose change and some calibrations being entered immediately following a period of no system use.As a proactive troubleshooting measure, customer care recommended a sensor-relink to clear the calibration history and correct any potential calibration misalignment.Post re-link additional monitoring showed that the bg values entered as calibrations during initialization phase fit sg trends well, with occasional differences due to lag between sg and bg inherent to the sensing technology and calibrations entered during periods of rapid glucose change.Customer care recommended the user continue using the system and to enter calibrations when glucose trends were not changing rapidly and to call back if they had any additional concerns. The user agreed with this assessment. As per the data management system (dms) review, the system remained in active use with up-to-date information.
