It was reported that pump displayed malfunction alarm malf 16, and no events occurred before malfunction.There was no adverse impact to the customer¿s blood glucose level.Customer planned to use multiple daily injections as backup insulin therapy, and technical support arranged replacement pump shipment, confirmed shipping details, instructed customer to place pump in storage mode, and advised customer to return malfunctioning pump within 10 days and to reenter pump settings and reconnect continuous glucose monitor on replacement pump.
