The customer reported b30 error displayed during inspection for use involving an olympus bronchovideoscope.There was no patient harm reported.
Additional Manufacturer Narrative
The product was not returned to olympus for inspection; however, a field service engineer (fse) was dispatched to the user facility, and the complaint was not confirmed.Based on the results of the investigation, and since the reportable malfunction was not confirmed during evaluation, the definitive root cause of the reported issue could not be determined.Olympus will continue to monitor field performance for this device.
