Additional information was received from the healthcare provider (hcp). It was reported that the cause of the pump not lying completely fiat against the patient's body, but not 90 degrees towards the axis, was determined. The pump not lying completely fiat against the patient's body was resolved on its own.It was further reported that the warmth over the pump and the slight warmth to the touch over the top resolved on their own.
