Event or Problem Description
It was reported that pump displayed malfunction alarm malf 24 for undertravel stall and could not be reset.There was no adverse impact to the customer¿s blood glucose level.Customer switched to multiple daily injections as backup insulin therapy, and technical support arranged shipment of replacement pump, confirmed shipping details, provided instructions to place problem pump into storage mode, and instructed customer to return problem pump within 10 days using provided return materials, then to enter pump settings and reconnect continuous glucose monitor on replacement pump.
