It was reported that the following issue was observed on the device: "crack in hinge & channel error." reported problem cause description: "none." hence, the work performed in the device includes: "unit checked and found error 240.4150 & crack in hinge.Need to replace pressure sensor & door assy." there was no patient involvement.
