It was reported that pump displayed malfunction alarm malf 24.The customer¿s blood glucose (bg) level was displayed as ¿high¿; however, a specific value was not provided.Customer gave correction insulin injection using manual injections, used manual injections as backup therapy, and did not require help from others.Technical support provided instructions for storage mode and pump return, advised customer to enter pump settings and reconnect continuous glucose monitor to replacement pump, and arranged shipment of replacement pump under warranty.
