Event or Problem Description
It was reported that t:slim x2 pump battery would not charge despite use of confirmed working wall outlets, tandem charging cable, tandem wall adapter, and attempts with different adapter and cable.There was no adverse impact to the customer¿s blood glucose level.Customer planned to use multiple daily injections as backup insulin therapy, and technical support arranged shipment of replacement pump with updated software, instructed customer to place problematic pump into storage mode, return it within 10 days using provided ups materials, and advised customer to re-enter pump settings and reconnect cgm to replacement pump.
