Event or Problem Description
It was reported that insulin gauge displayed an amount different than expected, and pump currently showed a positive fill estimate that did not match caller¿s calculation of remaining insulin.There was no adverse impact to the customer¿s blood glucose level.Customer worked with technical support, was educated that any positive value indicated at least that amount of insulin, disconnected from site and delivered a bolus to update insulin estimate, was advised not to overfill cartridge, and chose to continue using current cartridge and follow up if necessary.
