Event or Problem Description
It was reported that insulin gauge displayed a much lower amount than expected, with pump showing 14 units instead of caller¿s expected 200 units, and caller was currently experiencing this fill estimate issue despite having followed recommended steps for filling cartridge.There was no reported impact to the customer¿s blood glucose level.Caller declined to load new cartridge, chose to continue using current cartridge and follow up if necessary, and technical support arranged shipment of replacement cartridges and infusion sets as requested.
