Event Description
The dealer originally stated the unit won't turn on and there is no alarm.Dealer states now that the unit has low purity after 5 hours and does not alarm when the o2 level drops down to 61 percent.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
Additional/updated information was added to reflect the device being returned to the manufacturer for evaluation.The result of the evaluation was that the complaint of the unit having low o2 was verified.The underlying cause was identified as the sieve beds were saturated.However, the complaint of the unit not turning on and not alarming was not verified.The issue could not be duplicated; there was no indication that the alarms were not functioning.
