Zoll has not yet received the autopulse lifeband in complaint for investigation.A supplemental report will be filed if and when the product is returned and investigation has been completed.
 
Event Description
The customer reported that when opening an autopulse lifeband it was observed that the mounting clip had a broken edge, which would prevent it from being installed in the autopulse platform correctly.There was no report of patient involvement.No additional information was provided.
