The battery compartment was not damaged. The battery cap was not returned and a test battery cap was used and able to fit securely to the pump. The review of the black box data showed unexpected power interruptions on the date of the alleged issue occurrence.A call service alarm 69 was reproduced during the pump power up, indicating a language file corruption and a u39 component failure. The pump was unable to recover from the call service alarm 69 after a reboot attempt; therefore, the investigators were unable to adequately investigate the reported intermittent power complaint.Upon removal of the pump cover, no intermittent condition was found to the cgm (continuous glucose monitoring) module or to the printed circuit board.(b)(4).
