The customer reported via phone call indicating that she was hospitalized due to high blood glucose.Customer's blood glucose at time of incidents was 390 mg/dl.The customer was experiencing symptoms of dehydration, couldn't walk, talk or think straight, nausea and vomiting.The customer was treated with the pump.The customer was explained the 2 high blood glucose rule.The customer was admitted to the hospital.Customer's blood glucose at time of emergency room visit was 390 mg/dl.The customer cause of emergency room visit was diabetic ketoacidosis.Customer was still in the hospital they will not release her until they know the pump is working.The customer was wearing the pump at the time of emergency room visit.Customer had a bent cannula and stated it appeared to not have been inserted in her skin.Customer declined to continue troubleshooting.
