The gehc service representative performed a checkout of the equipment and confirmed the mylar flap of the flow sensor was stuck to the top of the flow sensor housing.The expiratory flow sensor was recommended for replacement.Patient information could not be obtained due to country privacy laws.The initial reporter is located outside the u.S., and therefore this information is not provided due to country privacy laws.
 
Event Description
The hospital reported the flow sensor measures volume incorrectly during a case.There is no report of patient injury.
