Event Description
During index procedure the patient had one endeavor sprint drug-eluting stent implanted in the om.Approximately 10 months later the patient experienced a non st mi, the infarct vessel was the lcx.The patient was treated 2 days later with ballooning to the om.Investigator indicated that the reported event was related to the study device.
