Event Description
It was reported that during the implant procedure, after pre-dilation and before introduction of the leadless implantable pulse generator (ipg) delivery system, the patient experienced asystole.The underlying cause was unclear.Atropine and isoprenaline medication was administered.A surgical/invasive procedure was performed the same day to place a temporary pacemaker.The patient is a participant in the (b)(6) study.The ipg remains in use.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
