Event or Problem Description
It was reported that the e360 ventilator had a internal leak.Patient involvement information was not provided by the customer.Covi dien/medtronic was not authorized to evaluate/service the device so the reported complaint could not be confirmed.A non-covidien /medtronic service provider checked all parameters of ventilator, performed and passed circuit test.Performed and passed flow sensor calibration.Performed and passed oxygen sensor calibration.The ventilator was tested and checked to be running normally.
