A gehc service representative performed a checkout of the equipment and confirmed the reported complaint.Inspection of the equipment noted that the reported complaint was due to a buildup of condensation on the valve.The valve was cleaned.The user reference manual provides solutions to resolve water build-up.Block a: patient information could not be obtained after multiple attempts.Attempts were made as follows: 6/20/17 phone call, 6/21/17 phone call, 6/22/17 phone call.
 
Event Description
The hospital reported that, during a case, the exhalation check valve was sticking.There was no reported patient injury.
