The results of the investigation are inconclusive since the device was not returned for analysis.Based on the information received, the cause of the reported incident could not be conclusively determined.
 
Event Description
During an implant procedure, the programmer screen froze during use, preventing the pacing function of the pacing system analyzer (psa).The patient went into asystole when the psa stopped pacing.The programmer was rebooted twice and then began working successfully.The psa function was restored.The patient returned to normal sinus rhythm with no further consequences.
