Event or Problem Description
The customer reported via phone call that their insulin pump was damaged.The customer¿s blood glucose level was unknown at the time of the incident.The support cap was loose.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.

Pump passed displacement test, rewind test, basic occlusion test, prime test and occlusion test.Pump received with broken battery tube thread, cracked reservoir tube lip, cracked reservoir tube window, cracked case reservoir tube window corners, cracked case near display window corners, cracked on display window, stained end cap sticker and minor scratches on display window noted.Drive support cap was inspected and no anomaly was noted.
