The results of the investigation are inconclusive since the device was not returned for analysis.Based on the information received, the cause of the reported incident could not be conclusively determined.
 
Event Description
Following a pacemaker implant procedure, a pneumothorax was confirmed via x-ray.The pneumothorax was treated with needle aspiration and medication administration.The patient's hospital stay was extended due to the pneumothorax.The event was resolved without sequelae and the patient was stable.
