A site biomed representative reported while in a cranial resection case, while actively navigating the system suddenly displayed erratic behavior.The screen was black except for the top right corner of the unit.This issue occurred on both monitors.The site was advised to exit the application with the exit button, but was not visible.Next, the site attempted a soft reboot with the keyboard shortcut, but this was not successful.The site then performed a hard reset of the system and the issue resolved.There was a 10 minute delay to the procedure and the site was able to come back into navigation and continue the procedure.
