Event Description
|
The customer reported via phone call that their insulin pump had a blank display.The customer¿s blood glucose level was 150 mg/dl.The customer states changed the battery and pump hit the table and hit the floor.The customer also states their pump beeps and the screen is lit up, but it won't do anything.Troubleshooting was performed for blank display and noticed display is flashing.The customer was advised to discontinue use of the insulin pump and to revert to the back-up plan.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
