Event Description
Pinnacle claim submission form and medical records received.After review of medical records, it was stated that the patient was revised to addressed adverse local tissue response to metal on metal articulation.Revision notes reported a slightly turbid fluid consisted with alval, psuedotumor and fretting corrosion with black staining at the femoral head.
