Manufacturer Narrative
If information is provided in the future, a supplemental report will be issued.

Event Description
Additional information was received from a manufacturer's representative (rep). It was reported that the cause of the inability to connect with the ins with the controller and recharger was believed that the issue was the patient's controller.A new one was shipped and it was not able to connect with the device to charge either.A second call determined that the actual charger paddle piece was most likely the problem. The rep was able to communicate today with the patient's ins, but the charge was too low on their ins for them to be able to fully connect. The patient is being sent a charger piece overnight and will call them if there are more issues. No further complications were reported or anticipated.
