Event Description

The customer reported via phone call that the customer had experienced high blood glucose of 467 mg/dl. The customer¿s blood glucose level was 342 mg/dl at time of incident and current blood glucose level was 277 mg/dl. The customer had symptoms such as felt like she had to throw up. The customer was treated with manual injection. The customer was advised that the inaccurate pump settings may result in high blood glucose. The customer was advised that if any recent changes have been made to programming, or they have concerns that settings may be inaccurate we can review them. The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
