Event Description
The patient reported that they want their therapy to be reprogrammed to relieve their pain.They stated that their pain has worsened over the years.The patient indicated that their pain has moved, and they have different types of pain.They noted having a ruptured disc in their back that causes pain in their right leg and hip.They now have pain across their hips and down both legs.The patient also mentioned having permanent nerve damage.They are hoping that reprogramming the device will better relieve their pain.The patient stated that they have tried turning up their therapy to relieve the pain, but it was so high that it made their muscles stiffen.They mentioned that its almost enough to make them bend over because it hurts them.The patient indicated that it has been that way since they were implanted.The patient was redirected to their healthcare provider.No further complications were reported or anticipated.The patient was implanted for failed back surgery syndrome and spinal pain.
